The SFS trustmark, framework and public registry are provided to help people understand and verify the digital-trust posture of a service. Trustmark status reflects an assessment at a point in time and may be updated, suspended or withdrawn as part of continuous verification. Registry entries and trustmark examples shown on this site during launch are sample demonstration data only and must not be relied upon as real certifications.
Information published here is general and educational. It is not legal, financial, security or compliance advice, and should not be treated as a substitute for professional guidance specific to your circumstances.
"Secure for Society" and the SFS trustmark are trademarks of the Modern Digital Innovation Foundation. The SFS Framework is published as an open public-good resource under the Framework Licence; all other content remains the property of MDIF unless stated otherwise.
Certification services are delivered separately (via SecureForSociety.com) and may be governed by additional terms. Submitting a certification enquiry does not by itself create any certification, trustmark or contractual relationship.
